Claro Align ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Claro Align mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics platforms, or any purpose beyond providing your orthodontic tracking experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Progress photos are stored in a private directory and are not publicly accessible. Wear session data and notes are stored in an encrypted database. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Photos you submit through the App are stored on our servers and shared with your orthodontist as part of your treatment record. Photos are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any third party.
The App is intended for use by orthodontic patients under the supervision of a licensed orthodontist. If a patient is under 13, their parent or guardian should review this policy. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent through their treating clinic.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or your orthodontic clinic. Upon request, we will delete your wear data, photos, and notes from our systems.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
